1. Using Littlecatalog

These terms govern your use of Littlecatalog. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

Littlecatalog lets business owners create public storefronts and searchable product catalogs. It provides product discovery and links to Instagram; it does not provide checkout, payment processing, order management or delivery services.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and have authority to represent any business for which you create a catalog. Provide accurate account information, keep your email account and sign-in codes secure, and contact the operator if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

3. Your catalog and content

You remain responsible for your products, images, descriptions, prices, availability, claims and Instagram links. Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Do not publish another person’s private information without an appropriate basis or permission.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Littlecatalog permission to store, process, resize and display that content as needed to operate and deliver your catalog. Publishing authorizes public display and discovery. Copies retained for backups, legal obligations or security may persist after removal as described in the Privacy Policy.

A catalog address is subject to availability and service restrictions. Checking availability does not reserve it. Service limits, including limits on uploads and product creation, apply.

4. Enquiries and purchases

Visitors contact sellers through Instagram or other arrangements made with the seller. An enquiry button may copy a product message for you to paste into Instagram; it does not place an order or automatically send a message.

Prices may be approximate. Confirm the final price, customization, availability, delivery timing, payment method and return/refund terms directly with the seller before purchasing. The seller is responsible for the sale, fulfillment, applicable taxes and consumer obligations. Littlecatalog is not a party to that sale and does not verify or guarantee seller listings.

5. Respectful and lawful use

Do not use Littlecatalog to publish unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or abusive content; impersonate others; distribute malware; or offer goods or services prohibited by applicable law. Do not access another user’s account or private data, evade service limits, interfere with availability or misuse authentication and upload features.

The operator may restrict or remove content, or suspend access, where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Contact the operator if you believe a restriction was applied in error or to report content that infringes your rights.

6. External services and privacy

Instagram and other linked services operate independently and have their own terms and policies. Littlecatalog does not control their availability or practices. Read our Privacy Policy for information about account data, public content and infrastructure providers.

7. Availability and responsibility

The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or other operational reasons. Uninterrupted availability, search-engine indexing and sales results are not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important product content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that it will meet every business need or be free of errors. Littlecatalog is not responsible for independent seller transactions or external services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Leaving the service

You can stop using Littlecatalog and unpublish your storefront at any time. For account or store deletion, contact the operator; there is currently no self-service deletion option. Removing content cannot recall copies already downloaded, shared or cached by others. Necessary retention is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Pricing

Littlecatalog is currently free to use. Pricing and plan details are subject to change in the future depending on circumstances, including operating costs, service requirements and the growth of the platform. Future plans may include subscriptions or another pricing model.

Any new charges, billing terms and their effective date will be communicated before they apply. Using the current free service does not authorize automatic charges; any paid plan will require your agreement to its price and terms.

10. Changes and questions

These terms may be updated as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will receive any notice required by applicable law. Contact the operator with questions about the service or these terms.
