Privacy Policy
Your work deserves a lovely home. Your personal information deserves care, too. Here is how information is used when you visit or create a Littlecatalog.
Last updated1. What this policy covers
This policy covers the Littlecatalog website and catalog-building service. Store owners independently manage their businesses and the information you give them through Instagram or other channels. Their practices, and those of external services, are outside this policy.
2. Information we handle
- Account information: your email address, account identifier and authentication/session information when you request an email sign-in code or use your workspace.
- Catalog content: the shop name and address, introduction, Instagram details, location or service area, fulfillment notes, categories, product descriptions, prices, options and images you provide.
- Technical information: infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request logs and error information needed to deliver and protect the service.
- Support information: the title and message you send through Contact Us, stored with a ticket ID, submission time and your account identifier so the team can follow up using your registered email.
Littlecatalog does not provide checkout or store payment-card details, customer orders or Instagram conversations as part of its catalog service. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your catalog or support messages.
3. How information is used
Information is used to sign you in, maintain your account, save and publish your catalog, display and search products, deliver images, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, enforce service limits and investigate errors. Information may also be used where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations or protect the service and its users.
4. What becomes public
Publishing makes your storefront and its published products accessible without signing in. Public details can include the business information, Instagram account, descriptions, approximate prices and images you choose to display. Your sign-in email is not automatically shown on your storefront.
Visitors and search engines may index, copy, download or share public content. Draft content is intended for your private workspace. Unpublishing removes public access through the catalog, but already issued image links may remain usable briefly, and we cannot recall copies or search-engine caches held by others.
5. Service providers and external links
We use service providers for website and application hosting, account authentication, database and image storage, and sign-in email delivery. These providers process information needed to perform those services. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on provider infrastructure and configuration.
Instagram buttons take you to an external service. A product enquiry can be copied to your clipboard so you can paste and send it on Instagram; Littlecatalog does not send the message on your behalf. Instagram handles your activity under its own terms and privacy policy.
Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or where necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights or respond to valid legal requests.
6. Browser storage and analytics
The app uses essential browser storage to keep your sign-in session. Signing out or clearing site data removes local session information and may require you to sign in again. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits to our home, pricing, demo landing, sign-up, sign-in and contact pages. Our analytics integration does not record page views for the seller workspace, public catalogs or other pages, and removes query parameters and URL fragments from the page URLs it reports. We do not send form contents or account details as analytics events. Hosting and infrastructure providers may still keep operational logs. You can browse public catalogs without creating an account.
7. Retention and security
Account and catalog information is kept as needed to provide the service, handle support, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. Removed content can remain temporarily in backups, logs or pending storage cleanup; retention depends on the type of information and provider settings.
Access controls and authenticated workspace requests help protect private information. No online service or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Keep your email account secure and never share sign-in codes.
8. Your choices and requests
You can edit your shop and product information and unpublish your catalog in the workspace. Account and store deletion are not currently self-service features. Contact the operator for access, correction or deletion requests, or to ask about rights available under applicable privacy law. Identity verification may be needed before an account-related request can be fulfilled, and some information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.
For information you sent directly to a seller or to Instagram, contact that seller or service. Littlecatalog cannot manage their records or conversations.
9. Children and changes to this policy
Littlecatalog business accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to the service, contact the operator so it can be reviewed.
This policy may change as the service develops. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Where required by applicable law, additional notice will be provided for material changes.
